Organizers: MUKMIN (Majlis Ukhuwah India Muslim Nasional – Malaysia) & MIMCOIN (Malaysian Indian Muslim Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Malaysia).
Event Manager: My Events International Sdn Bhd, officially appointed to manage the event.
Committee: The decision-making body of the S.I.R.A.T Global Forum.
Delegate / Participant: Any individual or organization that registers, attends, or takes part in the Event.
Event Program & Changes
The Organizers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, postpone, or cancel any part of the Event without liability.
Changes to speakers, topics, or agenda shall not constitute grounds for refunds.
If the Event is postponed, existing registrations will automatically transfer to the revised date.
Delegate Conduct & Compliance
Delegates must conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner at all times.
The Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant for misconduct, disturbance, or violation of Event policies, without refund.
Delegates are expected to comply with all venue regulations, health & safety protocols, and legal requirements in Malaysia.
Liability & Indemnity
The Organizers and Event Manager shall not be held liable for personal injury, illness, accidents, or property loss.
They are not responsible for financial, business, or consequential damages arising from attendance, cancellation, or changes to the Event.
Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizers, Event Manager, and partners against all claims, damages, or expenses related to their participation.
Delegates are fully responsible for arranging their own travel insurance, health coverage, and visa requirements.
Intellectual Property & Media Consent
All content, presentations, materials, and branding are the property of the Organizers or their licensors.
By attending, participants grant the Organizers unrestricted rights to use their photographs, video, or voice recordings for promotional, archival, and publicity purposes.
Unauthorized recording, duplication, or distribution of Event content is strictly prohibited.
Force Majeure
The Organizers and My Events International Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, or government restrictions.
In such cases, the Committee reserves the right to provide refunds or credits at its sole discretion, administered by My Events International Sdn Bhd.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Disputes shall first be addressed through amicable negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to mediation or arbitration in Malaysia, in accordance with Malaysian arbitration law.
The Committee’s interpretation of these Terms is final and binding.
Amendments
The Organizers reserve the right to revise, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
The updated Terms will be posted on the official Event website.
Continued participation or registration constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.
